After the end of World War II survivors of the nuclear bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki emmigrated to the US. 64 years later director TAKEDA sets out for a journey along the west coast to listen to the stories of 18 hibakusha. In the form of a road movie the film documents the emotional journeys of the survivors, but also that of the filmmakers themselves.
