Naohiro TAKAHASHI, born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1999, met Takara MINEO in school. During their time at university, they began making short stop-motion films together. SCARY FRIEND (2022 / NC ’23) is their feature-length debut, which won the Runner-Up Award as well as the Audience Award at the 2022 PIA Film Festival.
