Accidently stumbling into a secret meeting, Sachiko Hanai finds herself shot in the head. Nevertheless, she gets up and walks away, unaware of the strange metal box in her bag. Experimenting with the hole in her head, Sachiko becomes highly intelligent and works as a tutor, but past events are catching up with her.
