Yoshihiko TANIGUCHI

Yoshihiko TANIGUCHI, born in Osaka in 1979, studied at the Visual Arts College of Osaka and went on to work as an acting teacher, lecturer for film workshops, and director for commercials. In 2019, he founded his own production company belly roll, which produced Teppei ISOBE’s F IS FOR FUTURE (2019 / NC ‘20) and other films. Also in 2019, he made his feature-length debut as a director with CICADA GROWING CHRISTMAS. His second directorial work HAPPY LIFE had its world premiere at the 2024 SKIP CITY INTERNATIONAL D-Cinema FESTIVAL, where it received two awards.
